Tom Landis has joined JNA Partners, LLC and will be an itergral part of our start-up support opperation allowing JNA Partners to be activly invpved in fund raising for first and second stage start-up businesses. Mr. Landis has over seven years of fund raising experience and over 20 years of sales and marketing experience which include roles in sales, sales management, VP of sales and Director of Sales and Marketing.  Previous to joining JNA Partners Mr. Landis was the co-founder of the real estate fund of funds group at Mesirow Financial and was responsible for the sales and marketing of the division.  He has experience building and organizing sales teams on a regional and national basis in the institutional investment advisory and high tech industries.  Mr. Landis has experience working with the investment needs of institutional investors, and their consultants, with regards to alternative investments, equities and fixed income.  Mr. Landis was an integral member of the management team that built WAM!NET, a high tech start-up company, from annual sales of $7 million to $64 million in three years. Mr. Landis received a bachelor of science degree from Michigan State University and holds a series 7 and 63 license.

JNA has been engaged to assist the Krueger Group, Inc., for business re-launch assistance including developing a business plan and securing financing. Krueger Group includes two existing businesses, GMR and IMTS and the intellectual property from the HR Krueger Inc, and Elcon Systems, Inc., businesses. Krueger Group, Inc., is located in Brighton, Michigan.

JNA has been engaged to assist CEnergy for business start-up assistance including developing a business plan and securing financing for a Small Scale Wind Farm, Independent Power Provider business model. CEnergy was founded in 2006 and is located in Shelby Township, Michigan.
