John Newman President of JNewman & Associates LLC and JNA Partners LLC, has solid management experience spanning over 30 years in manufacturing, including 3 years as CEO of  the largest vehicle welding system supplier in North America, 5 years as CEO of a multi-national automotive capital equipment supplier, and 10 years in senior executive holding engineering and operations management positions with a major industrial manufacturer.

Mark Dick President of SFM LLC , has over 30 years of exprience in the Capital Equipment manufacturing market. Mark brings to JNA expeirence in purchasing, precision fabrications, automation and weld system integration. As President of SFM for the past 5 years, Mark has developed a solid network of companies in the United States and Canada.
 

                  Craig DeRoche

Craig DeRoche is the Managing Partner of DeRoches LLC.  Craig has over twenty years of leadership in business and public policy.  In addition to his ownership of insurance firms and software companies, Craig has been elected to numerous jobs including Speaker of the House in Michigan.  In his role as speaker, Craig balanced a $42 billion budget and oversaw the policies and governance for over 9 million residents and nearly 50,000 employees.  Craig has a BS in Finance from Central Michigan University.  He is a graduate of the Michigan Political Leadership Program at Michigan State and serves on the board of directors.  Craig also attended “Speakers School” with the other Speakers of the House throughout the country at the JFK School of Government at Harvard.

 

    

 Keith A. Gudeman

Keith’s career has spanned 20+ years in Sales and Marketing Leadership and Engineering for NA and international companies from Europe and Asia, including a Fortune 500 company executive Sales and Marketing role with global and NA commercial responsibility as a Tier-1 supplier for Automotive and Off-Highway OE markets.  Keith’s leadership is molded by integrity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence and my technical background is combined with the ability to build strong customer and internal relationships.  Specialty skills include contract and warranty negotiations, developing new markets domestically and internationally, revenue and profit growth, motivational and compassionate leader of multicultural teams, and balancing customer expectations with shareholder value.

                                              

Joseph Canedo

Mr. Canedo is a Partner for JNA Partners, L.L.C. and President and Founder of JDC Consulting, L.L.C. providing financial management support for energy suppliers. Joe provides financial modeling and risk management modeling service for energy suppliers moving into new markets or geographical regions of North America. Mr. Canedo  had a 30 year career with DTE/Detroit Edison , with leadership roles in DTE Energy Trading, Inc in Business Planning and Risk Management as well as serving as DTE’s Assistant Treasurer.

 

 Thomas T. Landis

Mr. Landis has over seven years of fund raising experience and over 20 years of sales and marketing experience which include roles in sales, sales management, VP of sales and Director of Sales and Marketing.  Previous to joining JNA Partners Mr. Landis was the co-founder of the real estate fund of funds group at Mesirow Financial and was responsible for the sales and marketing of the division.  He has experience building and organizing sales teams on a regional and national basis in the institutional investment advisory and high tech industries.  Mr. Landis has experience working with the investment needs of institutional investors, and their consultants, with regards to alternative investments, equities and fixed income.  Mr. Landis was an integral member of the management team that built WAM!NET, a high tech start-up company, from annual sales of $7 million to $64 million in three years. Mr. Landis received a bachelor of science degree from Michigan State University and holds a series 7 and 63 license.

Gary Maxey has 28 years of extensive and Sales and Sales Management experience including 14 years of providing Global Managed Services to the manufacturing industry, and 10 years of Banking and Finance. In addition, he brings strong business process knowledge of the Automotive and Discreet Manufacturing Industry, along with the credit industry. Gary has also has strong international experienced in the Asia Pacific region.
